Shockwave therapy in Devon and Cornwall

Cannon Barn is one of very few shockwave therapy clinics in the South West. Patients with lower limb issues are treated using the clinically proven extracorporeal shockwave therapy. People suffering from persistent pain with plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinopathy, shin splints or patella tip knee pain experience excellent results from this safe, non-invasive treatment.

Treatment plans

Pain is often felt in one place but caused in another. The Cannon Barn approach is to diagnose the underlying cause of pain and create a combined treatment plan that will resolve it and prevent it from re-occurring.

Because the toe bone is connected to the knee bone...

For example, gait analysis identifies the root cause of an issue where a patient walks in a way that causes heel pain. Shockwave therapy encourages the area to heal and orthotic shoe insoles correct the gait and prevent the painful lower limb condition happening again.

Went through all the routine treatments for plantar fasciitis and was recommended to have shockwave therapy at Cannon Barn. Treatment put me back on duty much sooner than expected. Great clinic.
